"Come and test the product designer in you"

Dr .X. has developed a host of new materials with an equally new set of properties.
But he lacks the proximity to the real world to think of useful products out of these materials.
He hires your Company to design a product and to market it.
Think you can honour the contract??
Format:
The teams/players will be a given a brief description of properties of a some materials.
For eg. One may be:
"The coating, which is made from a derivative of vanadium dioxide, allows visible wavelengths of light through at all times but reflects Infrared light at temperatures above 303K."
1. The teams are expected to suggest an application (as a fully fledged product) for the material described.
2. They are supposed to write their answers on paper as a product description brochure.
3. This should describe how their application utilizes the properties.
4. It should also elaborate on how their suggested application will benefit humanity.
5. The team with the best product will win. The best product will be selected by a panel of judges.
6. Two or more teams may come up with the same application. In such a case, the team with the better product brochure will win.
A good brochure will give detailed information of the product and its utilities with a neat sketch. An attractive caption to market the product may help too.
This event may either be a team event or an individual event. It is preferred to have it as a team event (maximum number of three members) as group discussion among them may help to bring a better answer.
